Complete Home Set Up

Designing and furnishing a second home from abroad can be a difficult and time-consuming task. Jules Pegler Design offers a complete turnkey service, putting everything in place, from knives and forks to beds and sofas. Every item can be sourced, transported and arranged in your home, saving you time and effort, so you can enjoy your home from the moment you walk through the door.

Readiness for Renting

Making a home look good and photo ready can help you reach the best rental potential, achieving the highest rates and longest rental period. Understanding local rental laws to make sure everything needed is in place and preparing a home to be robust and practical for renting purposes takes the stress out of the rental process. Jules Pegler Design can help you set up or modify your home in readiness to renting.

HomeStaging

Home staging is particularly useful when you want to sell your home at a good price in a timely fashion. Re-arranging and adding to what you have already, with the end goal in mind of attracting the right buyers, can help you achieve maximum return.

Pricing

Our initial chat is free, of course. Initial designs start at £250 per room, which if you wish to proceed, the initial fee is deducted from the overall project costs. Projects are quoted for on an individual basis. Please contact us for further details. Keep in mind that we can secure discounts on furniture and fittings which can help pay for the interior design process.

THEProcess

Either in Mallorca or England, the first part of the process is to sit down over a coffee and get to know what you want and what you like. After that we can put together a mood board for the overall feel of the house, and individual room concepts. For second homes it can often work out cheaper to source furniture and fittings outside of the Balearics and transport to site. The placement of furniture, the fixing of lighting and arranging of accessories is then implemented. You can be as involved as you like, or not!
